Message	Switching wires refers to jumping from harness plug to the motor plug using two separate wires. I attached one side of two separate wires to the harness plug and the other side of the wires to the motor plug. Then I switched the wires at the motor plug and rolled the window up after verifying that the motor turned toward the down position.
